Drumlins' Swim - Swim Team The Drumlins Swim Team offers swimmers of all ability levels the opportunity to compete in the sport of swimming. The goal of the program is to enrich the competitive swimmer's experience through fun, motivational activities. These activities are meant to instill a sense of discipline and self-worth. A strong emphasis is placed on the team concept, which caters to healthy relationships between youngsters. The Drumlins Swim Team offers experienced coaching staff who are willing and able to meet the needs of everyone involved. Please call for swim team fees. Registration will take place the 2nd week of June, and the first day of practice will be on the first Monday after school is out. Practice information will be posted in front of the pool office. Please note that the swim team is open to any member whose child has passed American Red Cross Level 4, or is able to swim one lap of the pool. All members: please remember that the pool will close at 3:45 p.m. for all HOME meets. The meets will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. Parents and friends are encouraged to help at all meets. Sign-up sheets will be posted outside of the pool office. |
