USGA Rules govern all play except where local rules apply. 2. Ball in 10th fairway of East Course and ball in practice area of 18th, out of bounds. 3. Players may drop away from service roads and cart paths, not nearer hole, no penalty. 4. Pond between 2nd and 3rd fairways is a lateral water hazard. Penalty one stroke. 5. Out of bounds: White stakes, right side of No. 12 and 13. Please Note: Glass bottles and coolers are not permitted on the golf course. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted on the golf course unless purchased at Drumlins. Golf Carts: You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid drivers license to operate golf cars and only two riders per car. Please replace divots.
